Operation and management

The research group has a goal to improve the operation procedures and the management of shore and land-based fish farms with the thought of increasing the industry value output.

Fields of research interests:

• Human Resourses - HSE, ethics, attitude
• Interaction between biology and technology - fish welfare, documentation on operation, behaviour, fouling
• Auxilliary solutions - marine cybernetics (automation and control), surveillance, monitoring, control and increasing aquaculture capacity
