TEKMAR 2009: annual technology conference for innovation in  Norwegian fishfarming will take place in Trondheim Rica Nidelven Hotel on 8-9 December. Follow the program on www.tekmar.no

October 2009: In collaboration with the scientific publisher Inter-Research, our colleague Dr Tim Dempster and a team of international scientists, have founded a new, inter-disciplinary journal Aquaculture Environment Interactions to publish research on the diverse interactions on aquaculture with the environment. Important founds were obtained in a colaboration project between SINTEF, NINA and NOFIMA on migration of wild fish between different farm locations. Results will be published in journal Marine Ecology Progress Series. Read more info (in Norwegian).
