Background
André R. Brodtkorb received his M.Sc. from the University of Oslo in 2007, and completed his Ph.D. in 2010. His main occupation is as a research scientist, where he works on GPU acceleration and algorithm design. He also holds a 20% position as an associate professor (førsteamanuensis) at the Norwegian School of Information Technology, where he teaches bachelor-level graphics programming.
Research Interests
His research interests include GPU/heterogeneous computing, simulation of partial differential equations (PDEs), and real-time visualization, and you can find videos of some of his work on Youtube.
